I am building Hire Me Now - a structured career acceleration program that helps job seekers in Ukraine and beyond move from 6+ months of searching to receiving an offer in 30–60 days. My background is in product management and career coaching, and I’ve seen how chaotic and demotivating job search can become, especially in turbulent times of war, layoffs, and global competition.
Through the program, I teach a systematic approach: creating candidate assets (CV with measurable achievements, 4–5 STAR stories, LinkedIn positioning), leveraging referrals and networking, and using AI tools (LLM-pipelines, NotebookLM, Cloudly) to prepare smarter and faster for interviews. The ultimate goal is to equip people with not just documents, but confidence, strategy, and resilience.
My primary goals for mentorship are:
