Experienced in the hyper growth at 2 of the most successful UK tech startups, adding 200+ people in Engineering in 18 months & adding 100+ people in under a year, growing one into a Unicorn and one shortly to become one. Maturing a 3rd highly successful Unicorn Fintech startup, I build and maintain an organisation and teams to build high volume, mission critical systems and most importantly - software that people use. I have a proven track record of the successful delivery of mainly digital projects across a variety of industries and platforms. I am one of those rare unicorns who have remained fairly technical, while having real capability in people and process leadership, both shown in my career and volunteering work.
