Iryna is seasoned leader in logistics technology and service management, with over a decade of global experience in implementing and optimizing warehouse management systems. Currently serving as Global Operational Excellence Lead at Kuehne+Nagel, she oversees multinational teams and drives continuous improvement across IT operations, automation, and product strategy—primarily around Blue Yonder WMS and surrounding systems. She plays a central role in global problem management, focusing on standardizing processes, implementing preventive measures, and strengthening system resilience across regions. Through active management of a community of practice, Iryna supports the development of local IT teams, encourages knowledge sharing, and elevates operational excellence within a global framework.
