My name is Tetiana. I’m a UI/UX designer with 4 years of experience, working in eCommerce and CRM/CMS domains.
When I was just starting my career in tech, I struggled with how to present my CV and portfolio. I was also afraid of interviews and technical assessments.
Since then, I’ve gone from being the person applying for jobs to the one reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and evaluating their skills.
Through my blog and mentoring sessions, I now help beginners who want to land better job offers — by sharing practical advice and personal experience.
