Hi, I’m Andreas. I help leaders stay effective under pressure, handle difficult people situations with clarity and confidence, and lead through change without losing trust, focus, or momentum. With 12+ years across leadership development, organizational development, coaching, and transformation — and a PhD in Emotional Intelligence — I combine strategic perspective with hands-on leadership support. I’ve worked with 25+ leaders, from team leads to managing directors, on overload, feedback, conflict, expectation management, and leadership transitions. Across 250+ coaching and mentoring hours, as well as the design and delivery of trainings and workshops, I’ve helped leaders grow through real challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
