Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked across leadership development, organizational development, coaching, and transformation. I hold a PhD in Emotional Intelligence and have supported leaders across different levels and industries through challenges related to overload, feedback, conflict, expectation management, and leadership transitions.
Beyond 250+ coaching and mentoring hours, I’ve also designed and facilitated leadership trainings and workshops focused on communication, emotional intelligence, collaboration, and leadership effectiveness.
