For over 12 years, I’ve been immersed in organizational development, leadership growth, and change management. My journey into leadership began early in my career, during a consulting project where we worked with a major fast-food chain. We uncovered how leadership plays a critical role in helping employees regulate their emotions, which directly impacts both business and customer success. This experience sparked my ongoing curiosity about simplifying and improving leadership practices, and it's shaped my work ever since. Today, I focus on research-backed, practical strategies that help leaders build high-performing teams.
I hold a PhD in emotional intelligence, and I've had the privilege of consulting across various industries. For four years, I managed leadership development and customer-centric initiatives for a major recycling company in Germany. Along the way, I’ve coached over 250 hours with leaders at all levels - from managing directors and senior executives to team leads - helping them navigate performance, expectations, and conflicts. Right now, I’m responsible for shaping and executing the corporate strategy as a portfolio manager, driving impactful change throughout the organization.
