I'm a Certified Agile Practitioner with over 7 years of experience in IT project management. Throughout my career, I’ve led web and mobile projects across industries like real estate, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, technology, and advertising. I’ve managed up to four distributed teams simultaneously across the US, EU, and India, working with 20+ specialists at a time. My experience spans roles from Project Manager to Delivery Manager, where I successfully implemented Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS from scratch. I’ve also led fixed-price and fixed-scope projects with high accountability for timelines, budgets, and outcomes — making sure commitments were met without compromising quality. Beyond project delivery, I’ve been involved in creating and scaling internal competence centers to strengthen project management maturity across the organization. I’ve mentored junior and mid-level PMs and lectured on Agile and PM topics at Kharkiv National University in Ukraine.
