I have 18 years of professional experience in software development. I have been developing web sites and apps, parsers, and chat bots. Also, on many projects I worked as a team lead. As a CTO at a startup, I have organised work of an R&D team to develop and successfully launch a product in 7 months. This was later a successful company that had over 100 employees. At the moment, I work on my own project, consult, and conduct technical interviews for companies. I had conducted quite a lot of technical interviews, so I can help with the preparation.
