Hey, I’m Anna - Senior Engineering Manager (SRE/Platform). I’ve been in tech for 14+ years, and right now I lead the Site Reliability Engineering team at OpenX. My day-to-day revolves around keeping systems stable, scaling infrastructure, helping Product and Support teams and making sure engineers don’t hate being on-call. (Or generally, you know, at work :D). I can help with: setting up and managing humane on-call rotations, defining and operationalizing SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs (without making everyone’s life harder), building reliability into your CI/CD pipeline and platform from the start, incident response best practices, postmortems, reducing alert fatigue, growing and leading SRE/platform teams, including hiring and team structure, making sense of Terraform, GCP, Spinnaker, Prometheus/Grafana, and all the usual suspects.
