I’m a software engineer with 18+ years of experience. I began in Lviv, Ukraine (outsourcing) and later worked at IBM, Amazon, and Uber. I operate at a Staff+ level, leading cross-team projects, mentoring engineers, and building reliable, scalable systems. I’m good at turning fuzzy ideas into clear plans and shipping them. I can help with technical leadership, software architecture, engineering management, and day-to-day engineering. I also do interview preparation (system design, coding practice, and storytelling).
