As Vice President of Customer Intelligence & Experience at Caesars Entertainment, he leads initiatives that integrate customer insights, AI, and product strategy to enhance digital engagement across sportsbook and casino platforms.
In addition to prior executive roles at McDonald’s, Gogo, Orbitz, and Arrivia, Brad is deeply committed to mentoring and coaching emerging product leaders. He has developed programs that promote discovery-driven product thinking and outcomes-focused leadership, while also championing mental health and wellness in the workplace.
