I have been part of the technology industry for over 30 years, with the last 15 years spent in senior leadership roles such as VP and CTO. Throughout my career, I have developed deep expertise across various areas of software development. On the people and process side, I have successfully led engineering organizations, established effective development processes, scaled teams, and hired both developers and engineering managers. On the technical side, my experience includes designing scalable and robust architectures and building and maintaining enterprise-grade software solutions. My primary expertise lies in open-source, SaaS-based software development. I am always happy to share my knowledge and experience to help others succeed.
