I began my career in Civil Engineering but transitioned to Software Engineering over 15 years ago — a journey that led me into Data Engineering and eventually Tech Leadership. I’ve worked across outsourcing, outstaffing, consulting, and product environments — from ambitious garage startups in The Hague’s suburbs to global market leaders. I combine strong technical expertise with experience in mentoring and solution-focused coaching to help others grow with clarity and confidence.
