Hi, I’m Inna, currently an Engineering Manager at Netflix Warsaw, where I lead the UI Components Library team. I bring over a decade of frontend experience with a strong product sense, and a passion for building thoughtful, inclusive, and well-structured systems. Before Netflix, I was responsible for the full product lifecycle at Fiverr's Logo Maker. I believe in leading with empathy, empowering teams through clarity, and creating spaces where engineers feel ownership and purpose. I’ve navigated growth, change, and ambiguity - both personally (through a recent sabbatical) and professionally (through team transformations and scaling efforts).
