Over the past 14+ years, I’ve led PM teams, hired and promoted talent, scaled products, and navigated my own leadership journey. I know what it’s like to feel stuck at a plateau and how to make it through to the other side.

Why Mentorship?
My own career journey was not always smooth sailing. I faced redundancies, feeling stuck in old roles, and team members resigning unexpectedly. I realised I couldn’t take on these challenges alone, and I wanted to have support from outside the organisations I worked at. During those times having a mentor was very valuable for me.
With the help of a mentor, I reflected on the situation I was in, and what I wanted, and how to move forward in my career. I learnt the power of self-awareness and reflection, understanding my working and communication preferences. These are crucial leadership skills, and the core of how I work with my mentees.
