After 40 years in the IT industry, mostly in Data Management and Architecture in large companies such as PayPal, eBay and Cisco, I recently retired and want to give back to the community. Having worked with thousands of professionals in India, USA, Brunei and the Middle East, and successfully mentored hundreds of Men and Women over long periods both in person and virtually, I am eager, willing and capable of mentoring you, whether on a professional or personal basis. At 60+, I have seen it all - Loss, Massive change, Successes and Failures, Dislocation and Disruption, and yet remain standing humbly, shaped by these experiences. I am a husband of one, father of two and grandfather of three and live in Beautiful San Diego, California.
