Vlad helped me to understand the path I wanted. I've had a point that I need to achieve but because of a lot of unknown I had bad path in mind to achieve that point. He asked me a lot of good questions to understand what I really chase and added a lot of context to build that path. This session totally changed my career plans and gave me understanding of it.
