Mariana Pasichnyk

I am an Engineering Director at Idemia Digital ID Product, where I lead teams across development, QA, DevOps, and Delivery throughout the full product lifecycle. I began my career as a QA engineer and worked my way into engineering leadership, focusing on improving delivery processes, developing talent, and motivating teams. I'm passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering leadership growth, and I bring a collaborative, people-centric approach to engineering. Outside of work, I enjoy running, swimming, hiking in the mountains, learning tennis, and being QA and leadership mentor.
