In 17 years of my professional experience, I have been working with hyper-growth companies in the tech, media, and e-commerce. I have a strong background in helping businesses shape their operational and business strategies, as well as building the culture for the employees to thrive and co-create value. I have been working intensively with different levels of corporate leadership as a Generalist HR in the early days, then Head of Training & Development, Director of People & Culture, General Manager, and the Chief of Staff.
Dedicated to people and their growth, I help companies scale and succeed through the transformation in the teams: whether it is a development of the organizational leadership capacity, strengthening operational excellence, or cultural transformations.
