Olha Sadula

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Olha Sadula — People Manager at the IT Boston-based company FastCTO, career coach, and mentor. I am the founder of the Junior Female Developers initiative, which helps Ukrainian women take their first steps in tech. So far, 9 women have received offers from U.S. companies. All participants have grown to mid-level positions and have seen salary increases. I am a guest speaker for the See Forward Ukraine project, founded by Semen Dukach — venture investor, founder of One Way Ventures, former Managing Director of Techstars Boston, and well known as a member of the legendary MIT Blackjack Team, along with his wife Natasha Dukach. I participated in the Women for the Future project by Happy Monday. I’ve also shared my experience in projects by NGO "TYSHA", ReSkill UA, and WOMEN UA. I bring a diverse background in recruitment — from sourcing a process engineer in the footwear industry to headhunting top executives in Ukraine. I’ve worked across logistics, finance, HORECA, IT, and other industries. Let’s do it!
