I have over 20 years of experience in software engineering, with the last 14 years focused on leading distributed engineering teams.
I have experience both growing existing teams and building new teams from scratch, managing up to 15 ICs and developing future team leads from within my teams. My strongest technical expertise is in Frontend development, but I also have substantial full-stack experience and a strong understanding of system architecture and large-scale systems.
