I’m Rost — a software engineer with a strong cloud-native background and a real passion for leadership, team building, and great developer experience. Over the past 8+ years, I’ve worked across a range of technologies — from PHP to Golang and Java — building scalable systems and modern cloud-native platforms. I’ve spent the last few years deep in the Kubernetes ecosystem, building tooling, improving CI/CD pipelines, and helping teams navigate the cloud world more confidently. I’m also a big fan of DevEx: I believe that happy developers build better software, and I’m always looking for ways to reduce friction, improve workflows, and make internal tools delightful to use. I spent 4 years as a tech lead, and that’s when I found what really drives me — helping people grow, building high-trust teams, and creating an environment where collaboration thrives. I still enjoy diving into code and solving tough technical problems, but leading teams and shaping culture is where I truly shine.
