I am all about operations and delivery person with 15+ years of experience in Technology and eCommerce environments, having progressed from execution roles into troubleshooting, to project ownership and later operational leadership positions, including COO and VP Operations responsibilities. My career has been built inside delivery and product organizations, working directly with developers, clients, and business stakeholders while scaling responsibility from individual project ownership to organizational outcomes. I mentor professionals who are transitioning from Project Management into leadership roles and need practical clarity on what actually changes at the next level. Many experienced PMs reach a point where strong execution skills are no longer enough, yet expectations around leadership, ownership, and decision-making remain unclear, or even scary.
