I’m Vlad. I built and sold Adsee.ai — an AI-powered ad automation tool for recruiters. We raised pre-seed from Jooble Venture Lab, and got acquired. I also bootstrapped TextPie, a Chrome extension that helps people skip repetitive typing — now used across 10,000+ sites. Before that, I led product Jooble Insights and B2B Intergation stream at Jooble, where I shipped integrations and internal tools that supported millions of users and drove revenue in 69 countries. I’ve worked end-to-end — idea validation, MVP scoping, growth loops, pricing, and unit economics — with engineering, design, and sales teams in fast-moving environments where product has to deliver real value.
