About Me
I’m a software engineer and mentor with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. I hold a degree in engineering mathematics, and over the years, I've worked on a wide range of projects — from startups to enterprise-level systems — with a core focus on Java and related technologies.
⠀
Throughout my career, I’ve conducted hundreds of technical interviews for roles ranging from Junior to Lead, which gives me a clear understanding of what companies are really looking for at each stage of a developer’s journey.
⠀
Mentorship is a big part of who I am. I’ve taught complete beginners, including adults without a technical background and teenagers, and helped many junior developers find their way in tech. My approach is always structured and goal-oriented: we define a goal, build a plan, track progress, and adjust when needed.
⠀
I’m here to make things clear, practical, and focused — and to help you grow, not just learn.
