What made you start looking for a mentor in the first place?

I'm at a stage where I want to grow, possibly change career paths, and clarify my long-term goals. I wanted someone experienced who could give me practical advice and help me create a clear plan moving forward.

What’s one moment when mentorship made a clear difference for you?

There was a specific moment when my mentor showed me new ideas and helpful resources I hadn't thought of before. They introduced me to current trends and organized learning materials, which helped me progress faster.

How has working with mentors changed how you think or make decisions?

Mentorship taught me to think more carefully and strategically. Now, I regularly reflect on my decisions and look at my personal and professional projects from different perspectives, helping me make better choices.

What do you look for in a great mentor?

For me, a great mentor is someone experienced and engaging. I appreciate mentors who prepare well for sessions, communicate clearly, and know how to ask insightful questions that challenge and inspire me.
