mentor.sh provides a platform connecting mentees with mentors for advice and mentoring. Users can browse our website, but to use our Services, registration is required.

We do not endorse any members, users, mentees, mentors, or clients, although we require that accurate information is provided by all third parties we cooperate with. We are not a party to any agreements entered into by mentors and mentees and do not have control over their conduct nor responsibility for information or advice exchanged between mentors and mentees. You understand that we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information provided through our website or Services.

We reserve the right to refuse or restrict Services to anyone or to any jurisdiction for any reason at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful code or content.
• Engage in any harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior.

Any information shared during sessions—be it personal data, business strategies, marketing plans, or any other sensitive information—must be kept strictly confidential. Mentors are not permitted to share, disclose, or discuss any data or information provided by mentees with third parties unless explicit permission is granted by the mentee.

11. Non-Circumvention

All mentorship sessions are to be scheduled within the mentor.sh platform. It is a breach of these Terms for mentors or mentees to suggest making or receiving a payment outside of the mentor.sh platform for services rendered and connections established via the mentor.sh platform.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. mentor.sh disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mentor.sh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
