Your Controls:

  • You can withdraw consent for Clarity at any time through our consent manager
  • Clarity will automatically stop recording and remove tracking scripts when consent is withdrawn

Data Retention: Microsoft Clarity retains session data for up to 30 days, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not store or have access to individual session recordings.
