See Real Feedback from Real Sessions
After every mentorship session or webinar, participants answer a few quick questions about their experience. We convert these responses into an easy-to-understand star rating from 1 to 5, so you can quickly gauge each mentor's track record at a glance.
Find Top-Rated Mentors Quickly
When a mentor consistently delivers great sessions (4.5+ stars with at least 10 reviews), they earn a "Top Mentor" badge. It's a quick way to spot mentors who've proven they're excellent at what they do.
Read Detailed Feedback
Each mentor's profile now shows:
- Their overall star rating
- How many people have reviewed them
- Recent comments from learners
- A full reviews page where you can dive deeper
How Does This Work?
If You're Learning
After your session ends, we'll ask you three quick questions:
For one-on-one sessions:
- Did the mentor meet your professional expectations?
- Did you feel supported and understood?
- How satisfied were you overall?
For group sessions:
- Did the content meet your expectations?
- Was the presenter engaging and effective?
- How satisfied were you overall?
You'll rate each question from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree." We then calculate an overall rating that helps other learners make informed decisions. It only takes a minute, but it makes a real difference.
Additionally, you can share private feedback directly with our platform team. This feedback won't affect the mentor's rating and won't appear on their profile. It's just for us to help improve the overall experience.
If You're Mentoring
You'll get notified whenever someone leaves you feedback. You can see your rating update in real-time and understand which areas you're excelling in and where you might improve. Excel consistently, and you'll earn that Top Mentor badge.
